Our mission is to make HR services more accessible by aggregation and pre-integration over our HRNX trading platform.
We bridge the gap between all types of HR systems (ATS, HRIS, HCM, E-Learning, and ERP) and the HR service marketplace.
With over 30 years of cumulative experience in advanced integration technologies in the HR industry, we have a strong desire to make the arduous and time-consuming activity of system integrations obsolete by simplifying and eliminating the work it takes to integrate disparate systems.
With data and information becoming more commoditized, we make information more accessible by democratizing HR services giving HR departments across America choice and convenience.

Meet the Team
CHRIS CHO, CEO and Co-Founder
At HR Integrations, Chris oversees the HRNX product portfolio and the technology strategy and direction. Formerly, he provided technology leadership at Sterling InfoSystems, a national provider of employment screenings. While there, Chris oversaw Technology Services, driving professional service engagements with Fortune clients and technology partnerships with leading E-Recruitment providers.
Before Sterling, Chris held senior roles at ProfessionaLink and Morglo.com. He has notable success in E-Business and E-Commerce. Chris is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Chris is a prior Board Member on the HR-XML Consortium, an industry standards making body.
PAUL MLADINEO, Co-Founder and President
Paul leads HR Integrations' business strategy, corporate development and strategic partnership efforts. Paul has more than 15 years of experience leading business development and strategic planning efforts at start-up, mid-sized and enterprise organizations and is experienced at synthesizing information and ideas into successful business strategies.
Prior to HR Integrations, Paul was VP of Strategic Alliances at Sterling InfoSystems, developing a successful reseller model in the pre-employment screening industry. He also led business development and strategic product sourcing teams for several top online music ventures, including Columbia House and CDNow/Musicblvd.com, and N2K, where he was Director of Finance during N2K's highly successful IPO and SPO.
Paul has a Bachelor's degree with Honors from Georgetown University and an MBA from The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School.
