Chris Cho
Chief Technology Officer / Co-Founder
At HR Integrations, Chris oversees the HRNX product portfolio and the technology strategy and direction. Prior to HR Integrations, Chris provided technology leadership at Sterling Infosystems, a national provider of employment screenings and occuptaional health services. While there, Chris oversaw the Technology Services group, driving professional service engagements with Fortune 500 clients and technology partnerships with leading E-Recruitment solution providers.

Before Sterling, Chris held senior technology roles at ProfessionaLink and Morglo.com. He has notable success in E-Business and E-Commerce. Chris is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Chris is a current Board Member on the HR-XML Consortium, an influential standards making body in the HR industry.

Paul Mladineo
President / Co-Founder
Paul leads HR Integrations' business strategy, corporate development and strategic partnerships. Paul has more than 15 years of experience leading business development and strategic planning efforts at start-up, mid-sized and enterprise organizations and is experienced at synthesizing information and ideas into successful business strategies.

Prior to HR Integrations, Paul created and managed a highly profitable channel sales business at Sterling Infosystems, developing the first successful reseller model in the pre-employment screening industry. He also led business development and strategic product sourcing teams for several top online music ventures, including Columbia House and CDNow/Musicblvd.com, and N2K, where he also was Director Finance during N2K's highly successful IPO and SPO.

Paul has a Bachelor's degree with Honors from Georgetown University and an MBA from The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School.
