We started this company because we were tired of building ineffective integrated solutions for HR customers repeatedly.Integrations are built so customers can conveniently access outsourced services like payroll and benefits, employment screenings, skills assessments and drug tests directly through their HR system.
To accomplish this, vendors take on the pricey burden of building, managing and maintaining the integrations, quite unaware of ROI and TCO. Some vendors strategically partner with a select few, cornering the consumer to use only what's been built.
Unfortunately, most integrations fall short in utility, friendliness and reusability. Moreover, vendors have great difficulty in supporting, much less upgrading integrations- lacking mutual SLA's and the proper visibility into each others' roadmap to be effective.
